Balance

Balance is essential for strength, stability, and preventing injury as we age. In Tai Chi, we train balance through slow, controlled movements that build coordination, strengthen stabilizing muscles, and develop body awareness—helping students move through life with greater confidence and control.

STRESS RELIEF

Tai Chi uses a variety of techniques called “forms” to help focus your attention on breathing and freeing your mind, causing your stress levels to reduce and energy to increase.
